TCM: Tailored Childcare Management
Our company shares its expertise within the childcare
community by providing:
- Management:
Where licensees wish to ensure a quality and profitable
business without needing to work within the business
themselves, TCM can provide full or partial management
of the centre on their behalf. This management can be
tailored to suit the requirements of various licensees.

enrolment for your child at a TCM managed service within
your area.
- Consultancy:
Additional assistance with Accreditation, Licensing,
Due Diligence, Design and Development, Children's Programs,
In-service training and troubleshooting can be accessed
by contracting TCM to undertake once-off or short term
consultancy arrangements.
- Software and Computer Hardware:
Specifically developed over many years to suit childcare
requirements within a demanding and ever-changing regulatory
environment, "Comcraft" software will assist you to
manage your centre. Hardware also available through
Visitek.
- Training:
Through our collaboration with an accredited RTO, TCM
can deliver Children's Services qualifications - Certificate
III and Diploma courses including Traineeships and Apprenticeships
to staff of services and private individuals. Including
a face to face component within the training is a priority
of TCM. Montessori and Montessori-contextualised courses
are also offered.
