Building Futures provides parents with an ALL INCLUSIVE “no hidden extras” fees policy.

Fees vary depending on the age of the child and the number of days they attend.

Included in the fees structure are:

  • Highest standards of care with generous staffing levels and an organisation which promotes and financially supports both formal and in-service training for staff.
  • Internationally applauded Early Education program – Montessori – with specialist staff and specialised children’s equipment.
  • All meals – designed in accordance with Nutritional Australia guidelines and minimising artificial additives.
  • A drink of cows milk each day.
  • Nappies and wipes. Hygienic, environmentally friendly and ‘better-for-baby’ cloth nappies which are commercially laundered.
  • Montessori program supported by extensive specialised equipment, the employment of specialist trained teachers, and an in-house training program for all staff.
  • Shows and Activities which enhance the program – usually monthly.
  • Class Photo.
  • Linen including laundering.

Childcare benefit

Assessed by the Family Assistance Office (FAO), a direct contribution to your fees is paid via Child Care Benefit (CCB) to the centre on your behalf. Parents then pay the “gap” between the CCB and the full fee on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Childcare rebate

Parents are able to claim a 50% rebate from the “gap” fee from the FAO.
